Smart Cookies by Kelsey was established in November 2020. Kelsey is a solo cookie baker/decorator who enjoys creating custom cookies! Since 2020, Smart Cookies by Kelsey has continued to grow in popularity due to the cookies' great taste and designs! Orders received range from personal orders to big events such as birthday parties, graduations, weddings, baby showers, etc.!
